• Rates are valid across all markets and include applicable local taxes and service charges.
• A valid credit card is required for pre-authorization. We may pre-authorize one night in accordance with the cancellation terms of your booking.
• In compliance with Tanzanian law, foreign guests must settle payments in foreign currency (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.).
• Tanzanian citizens and residents may pay in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• A birth certificate or passport must be presented at check-in for children.
• Please indicate the number and ages of children during booking to ensure accurate pricing and occupancy.
• Only one extra bed or cot is permitted per room.
• Children aged 12 and above are considered adults for pricing and occupancy purposes.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted in any MSG Hotels & Resorts property.

Guests booking under the Honeymoon Offer must present a valid marriage certificate issued within the last six months upon arrival.

• Check-Out: 12:00
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Free cancellation is available up to 4 days before arrival (by 12:00 PM local time).
• Cancellations made within 0–3 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to one night of the total reservation.
• No-shows will be charged one night of the total reservation.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking zones are available.

We are proud to support local communities and eco-friendly practices. Guests are encouraged to reuse towels and minimize plastic use during their stay.

Emergency contact numbers and safety instructions are available in each room. Our staff is trained to assist in case of any emergency.
